We begin each session with a quiet meditation - standing or seated - sinking into the pulse of the present moment, tuning into where you are, right here, right now.

Classes can be guided by music, depending on the topic of the class. Which can help you let go of stress and anxiety in the body.

You’ll learn to listen to your body’s whispers, moving freely to the rhythm, discovering where your energy dances and where it hesitates. My passion is to guide you back to your flow, to rekindle trust in your body, and to forge a deep connection between your mind, heart, and soul.
